Connecting research-related FAIR Digital Objects with communities of stakeholders

چکیده
The last few years have seen considerable progress in terms of integrating individual elements the research ecosystem with so-called FAIR Principles (Wilkinson et al. 2016), a set guidelines to make research-related resources more findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable (FAIR). This integration process has lots technical as well social components ramifications, some which resulted dedicated like that Digital Object (FDO) stands for objects (e.g. datasets, software, specimens, publications) having at least minimum level compliance Principles. As volume, breadth depth data variety Objects their use reuse continue grow, there is ample opportunity multi-dimensional interactions between generators, managers, curators, users reusers data, scope quality issues diversifying accordingly. poster looks two ways collections interact wider landscape. First, it considers communities curate, generate or metadata other pertaining Objects. Specifically, these community activities are affected by higher lower collection's FDOs Principles? Second, we will consider case overlap across - i.e. when members engaged several collections, possibly through multiple platforms what this means challenges opportunities enhancing findability, accessibility, interoperability reusability silos.

Connecting B2B standards life cycles with stakeholders
Business-to-Business (B2B) is one of the areas getting more and more attention in terms of inter-organisational co-operation. In B2B, numerous transactions and communication flows take place between organisations and disparate systems. A standards-based approach is common in this respect. A B2B standard is defined as guidelines for how communication and information sent between organisations sh...

The temporal logic of actions (TLA) provides operators to express liveness requirements in an abstract speciication model. TLA does not, however, provide high level composition mechanisms which are essential for synthesising and analysing complex behaviour. Contrastingly, the object oriented paradigm has proven itself in the development of structured speciications. However, most, if not all, of...

abstract while task-based instruction is considered as the most effective way to learn a language in the related literature, it is oversimplified on various grounds. different variables may affect how students are engaged with not only the language but also with the task itself. the present study was conducted to investigate language and task related engagement on the basis of the task typolog...

When specifying large systems, we would like to be able to specify small components independently, and to be able to compose them in such a way that their specified properties are preserved. We have previously proposed the concept of a fair object, which incorporates the specification of both safety and liveness properties, as a suitable such unit of specification. Unfortunately, however, liven...
متن کاملConnecting Corresponding Identities across Communities
One of the most interesting challenges in the area of social computing and social media analysis is the so-called community analysis. A well known barrier in cross-community (multiple website) analysis is the disconnectedness of these websites. In this paper, our aim is to provide evidence on the existence of a mapping among identities across multiple communities, providing a method for connect...
